We want you to be completely happy with every aspect of our business relationship. So, we’ve put together this refund policy for our Authority Intensive live event to put you at ease when registering.

Upon request, we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $25.00, until on or before March 12, 2015. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address, and must be submitted via the contact form available here.

Refund requests received after March 12, 2015 and on or before April 10, 2015 will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after April 10, 2015 cannot be provided.

Requests for transfers and/or name changes on tickets are available on or before April 10, 2015. After April 10, 2015, no further transfers and/or name changes are possible.

Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the conference has concluded. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honored when the event is rescheduled.
