So far we have covered a lot about retention, but nurturing goes beyond simple retention tactics.

Nurturing is about moving your leads towards an outcome that satisfies their needs, and also satisfies your business goal. It is also about recovering attention from people who were not ready to take action yet but would like to stick around.
